Yevgen Vasylenko

Yevgen Vasylenko is a Payments Monitoring Specialist at GR8 Tech since December 2022, responsible for 24/7 monitoring of payments traffic, managing emergency alerts, creating and maintaining dashboards, and collaborating with providers to resolve incidents according to established protocols. Prior to this role, Yevgen served as a Customer Support Supervisor and Customer Support Specialist at Parimatch Tech from December 2016 to November 2022, focusing on product analysis, customer service excellence, and quality improvements by liaising with various teams. Yevgen holds a Bachelor's degree in Navigation & Dredging Operations from the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy" and completed additional education at IAMPM in December 2022.
