Gr8ness Coaching is a training & development organisation where we help students and professionals find direction into the careers they want to pursue, while giving them strategies to advance in their career. We believe in order to make the world a better place, we need to make better human beings. Change can only occur when we are aware of our own superpower and we use it to our advantage. When we control our world, we are able to control our lives.

Gr8ness Coaching was founded by Jeffrey Manso from his strong desire to help many people discover their own path to greatness and live out their full potential. Our founder believes we must use our own life experiences and knowledge in order to improve the life of others. Jeffrey’s values of displaying love, kindness, respect and safety to his clients no matter their race, occupation & circumstances has helped Gr8ness Coaching become very trusted and reliable amongst working professionals and entrepreneurs.
