Welcome to Grab A Plate's LinkedIn page!

We are a nonprofit charity organization focused on combating homelessness through community outreach, housing assistance, and social services.

At Grab A Plate (GAP), our mission is to provide vital support and resources to those experiencing homelessness. Through our GAP MEALS Program, we go beyond nourishment, creating a sense of family and belonging. Our dedicated volunteers serve nutritious meals and distribute clothing to up to 200 individuals, ranging from toddlers to seniors, twice to three times a month.

In our GAP Work Program, we empower participants with life-skills training, offering potential full-time employment and affordable housing solutions. By fostering confidence and self-sufficiency, we help individuals break free from the cycle of homelessness.

Through our partnership with House of Hope LA, a certified nonprofit, we provide comprehensive housing assistance to low-income and homeless individuals. Our collaborative efforts ensure safe and stable housing, helping clients rebuild their lives and become productive members of society.

Join us in our mission to combat homelessness, uplift individuals in need, and create lasting change. Together, we can make a difference through our nonprofit charity initiatives, community outreach, and dedication to providing essential housing and social services.
