Sunil Benedict has over 15 years of work experience with various companies. Sunil began their career in 2004 as a Senior Market Analyst at Thompson Reuters before moving on to become a Senior Treasury Analyst at Intel Corporation in 2005. In 2006, they became a Supervisor of Global Exposure Management at Lehman Brothers, where they led a team of 30+ people and collaborated with various departments. Sunil then worked at Cambridge Solutions Ltd as a Program Quality Manager until 2010, where they collaborated with business heads to execute multiple releases and implemented the Black Belt Sigma project for process effectiveness. Sunil worked as an Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Governance for Asia at Credit Suisse AG from 2010 to 2011 before joining Deutsche Bank as a Project Manager/Information Technology Asset Owner (ITAO) from 2011 to 2018, where they built the strategic MDM Model for Indices/ETP's, Financial Calendars, Trading hours, and Time Zone data. In 2015, they became an Empanelled Trainer at Imarticus Learning and held this position until 2022. In 2019, Sunil joined GrabbnGo as Head of Delivery and Operations, where they are currently responsible for overseeing the delivery and operations of the organization. Starting August 2022, they will work at CMR University as a Senior Soft Skills Trainer. Sunil also held the role of Principal Consultant at IVY1 Consult from February 2022 to June 2023.
Sunil Benedict has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Joseph's College, which they earned between 1995 to 1998. Sunil then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bangalore University, majoring in Finance and Financial Management Services from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they also acquired a master's degree in finance and financial management services from the same institution during the same period. In 2006, they studied Financial Engineering and Risk Management at Bombay Stock Exchange for a year. After that, in 2008, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Institute of Project Management. In 2009 and 2010, they earned a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma from Anexas Europe. Lastly, in 2013, they attended The George Washington University School of Business, where they briefly studied Business Analysis focusing on Requirements Elicitation and Requirement Analysis.
