Grace Capital Management is an independent, Austin-based wealth management and investment advisory firm serving individuals, families, and business owners — including accredited investors navigating major liquidity and capital gains events.

We manage and oversee client assets with a disciplined, goals-first approach. As an independent SEC Registered Investment Adviser, our assets under management are built around your objectives — not a proprietary product shelf — coordinating investment management, financial planning, and tax-aware strategies alongside your CPA and attorney.

Our services:
• Investment & portfolio management (assets under management)
• 401(k) and retirement plan optimization & rollovers
• Comprehensive financial planning
• Retirement, estate, and legacy planning
• Tax-advantaged alternative investments for accredited investors — Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), 1031 exchange solutions, Qualified Opportunity Zone funds, and oil & gas / Intangible Drilling Cost (IDC) programs
• Capital gains & liquidity-event planning

Advisory assets are custodied at Fidelity.

Whether you are planning for retirement, optimizing a 401(k), managing a concentrated position, or facing a significant taxable event, our goal is to help you invest with clarity and confidence.

Securities offered through Concorde Investment Services, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. Advisory services offered through Grace Capital Management, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. Concorde Investment Services, LLC and Grace Capital Management, LLC are separate and unaffiliated entities.
