Grace Commercial is a specialist office leasing agency.

Founded by Ryan Grace in 2025, after more than a decade leading major campaigns at a global agency, Grace Commercial was created to offer a sharper, more agile and values-led alternative for both landlords and occupiers.

We work closely with building owners, investors and tenants to deliver smart, effective leasing solutions, whether it's a full-building repositioning or an occupier looking for their next space.

What sets us apart is how we work, not just what we do. Grace Commercial is built on three core principles:

Performance.
Results matter. We bring pace, precision and deep market intelligence to every brief. From strategic pre-leasing to part-floor momentum, our focus is always on outcomes.

Personal.
Relationships drive everything we do. We stay deliberately boutique so we can be hands-on, responsive, and genuinely aligned with our clients. No handoffs. No fluff. Just real connection and clear communication.

Purpose-driven.
Grace Commercial was launched with a mission to give back. Through our Deals for Good partnership with the Black Dog Institute, we support mental health in the property industry and beyond - donating from every deal we complete.

If you’re repositioning a major asset, navigating a lease expiry, or looking for a more aligned leasing partner, we’d love to work with you.
