Wayne Silha

Wayne Silha has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management. Wayne began their career in 1994 at Motorola, where they held various roles such as Profit Planner, Credit Analysis, Cost Accountant, and Distribution Account Manager. In 2001, they moved to CEMEX as Division Controller. In 2015, they joined NextEra Energy Resources as Project Controller, and in 2018 they became Chief Financial Officer at Next Level Distribution. Currently, Wayne is the Chief Financial Officer at Grace Digital Inc.

Wayne Silha attended DePaul University from 1992 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Wayne then went on to pursue a Masters of Business Administration with an Accounting Minor at Florida Atlantic University from 1998 to 2001.
