Emmanuel Eleyae has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2004, they served as an Armor Officer in the US Army where they supervised the day-to-day activities of 24 to 40 international military personnel. In 2008, they became an Intern Analyst at the Trans Pecos El Paso Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization, where they were responsible for vetting and processing business plans to present to regional leadership as well as local investor groups. In 2009, they became a Student Consultant at UTEP, where they utilized principles of the Toyota production system and and lean manufacturing to conduct engagements with small to medium sized companies. In 2011, they began working at Amazon.com, first as an Operations Manager, then as an Area Manager. From 2013-2015, they worked at Amazon as a Site Leader, where they were responsible for the day to day operations of one of the most technologically advanced fulfillment centers in the North American Fulfillment Center Network. In 2014, they co-founded Grace Eleyae, Inc., where they bootstrapped from $0 in revenue to over $5.5 million/yr in 2 years. In 2015, they founded EM Renewable Energy. Finally, in 2018, they founded Eleyae Systems, where they have spent a lot of time helping other ecommerce entrepreneurs achieve success.

Emmanuel Eleyae attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2000 to 2004, earning a degree in Military History with a focus in Computer Science. Emmanuel then attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 2008 to 2010, earning an MBA in International Business. In July 2021, they obtained a Klaviyo Master - Product Certified certification from Klaviyo.
