Grace Funding Capital places capital for real estate investors, sponsors, and developers when a bank is too slow, too rigid, or too boxed-in to fund the deal. And on construction, when the bank has left the market entirely.

We're a commercial finance brokerage. We fund through a vetted lender network chosen on two things: they actually close, and they treat borrowers like the operators they are. No predatory products, no bait-and-switch, no retrades at the table.

What we finance:

CRE & development bridge: fast bridge capital for time-sensitive acquisitions, value-add, and ground-up construction where banks are too slow or have exited. Mid-market to institutional, closed in days, not weeks.

Commercial real estate: acquisition, value-add, and stabilized/permanent financing, mid-market to institutional.

Residential investment property: DSCR and rental-property loans, rental-portfolio and blanket loans, fix-and-flip, ground-up spec, cash-out refinance. Single rental to full portfolio, sized to the asset and the rent.

Our edge on the construction and value-add side: our principal built and ran two construction businesses and underwrites the build itself, the budget, the draws, the GMP, not just the paper. That's rare, and it's why complex deals close here.

We're a remote firm and place capital nationwide. Typical timeline: qualified application to funded in days, not weeks.

If a bank said no, walked away from your construction deal, or quoted terms that would've killed it, let's talk. www.gracefundingcapital.com
