Bart De Nef has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Bart worked at Eternit Belgium as an IT Technical Support from June 2004 to December 2015. In 2016, they joined Tech Talent South as a Full-time Code Immersion Instructor and later became a Next Level Rails Instructor and Teacher Assistant. In the same year, they also worked as a Ruby on Rails Web Developer, designing and developing a Customer Portal on Amazon Web Services. Bart then joined Grace Hill in 2018 as a Software Engineer and became a Refactoring Engineer in August 2021.
In 2016, Bart De Nef attended Tech Talent South, where they studied web development for a year, though they did not obtain a degree.
