Brian Storey

Brian Storey has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as the Culinary Director for Simply Plated Inc, where they provided culinary and hospitality consulting services. Brian then became the Owner/Operator of Bistro Farms in 2011. In 2009, they joined Kitchen Window as the Director/Executive Chef. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Executive Director of The Highlands, a senior living community. Brian then transitioned to Grace Management, Inc., where they first worked as the Regional Director of Operations from 2016 until 2023, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations.

Brian Storey obtained a Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kendall College between 2000 and 2004.
