Danielle Brown

Danielle Brown is a seasoned professional in senior living management, currently serving as Senior Executive Director at Grace Management, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Danielle held the position of Executive Director at Vitality Living from December 2021 to December 2022 and at Atria Senior Living from May 2014 to December 2021. At Atria Springdale, an 82-apartment community in Louisville, Danielle oversaw day-to-day operations with P&L responsibility. Danielle’s earlier experience includes roles as Community Sales Director at Atria Springdale and in Human Resources at Korrect Optical. From February 1997 to January 2014, Danielle worked at TEKsystems as a Regional Field Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and leadership training.
