Josceylon Buchs

Josceylon Buchs serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Grace Management, Inc. since November 2025, focusing on enhancing employee experience and promoting a people-first culture aligned with organizational values. Prior to this role, Josceylon held various positions at Select Medical, including Vice President of People Development and Vice President of Human Resources Operations, where responsibilities included developing scalable talent management solutions and overseeing HR leaders across multiple states. Early career experiences include HR management at PennState Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital and various HR roles at Select Specialty Hospital. Josceylon holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Messiah University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, along with a teaching certification in Elementary Education from Wilson College.
