Prue Gilbert is the CEO of Grace Papers, whose human rights award-winning solutions support workplaces and enable working parents to return to work confidently, flexibly without compromising their career and family dreams. They previously served as General Counsel at Corporate Express (2005–2010) and as a Lawyer at Deacons Lawyers (2001–2005), and as a Senior Associate at Xplore for Success (2013–2015). From 2016 to 2019, they were a member of the AFL Players' Association Advisory Committee for Women's Football. They served as Director of A Monument of One's Own from 2022 to 2025 and hold a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (2007–present).
