John Henry has extensive experience in the real estate industry. John began their career in 1996 as a Summer Law Clerk in the Office of Staff Attorney for the US Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. In 1999, they joined Ballard Spahr LLP as Associate Counsel, where they represented institutions originating multifamily loans. In 2000, they moved to Holland & Knight LLP, where they represented institutional lenders, owners and developers in real estate investments nationwide. In 2001, they joined Pyramid Management Group as Associate General Counsel, and in 2002, they founded Washco Retail Group, LLC, a real estate investment and development company. In 2005, they became Executive Director of Humanities Foundation, a regional non-profit LIHTC affordable housing developer, and also joined James Doran Company as EVP Development, Leasing and Sales. In 2007, they were appointed Vice President of Real Estate at Community Housing Partners, where they oversaw strategic planning and implementation of affordable multifamily development, acquisition and disposition activities. In 2010, they founded Chariot Companies, and in 2015, they founded Grace3 Technologies, LLC, a manufacturer and value-added reseller of next-generation custom, portable data networks.
John Henry received their JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1998, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. John received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theirtory and Political Science from Bucknell University in 1995. Prior to that, they attended Mercersburg Academy from 1987 to 1991.
