Gracepoint Home Care is an in-home care agency based out of Mobile, Alabama with offices in Mobile, Biloxi, Foley and Pensacola. Our team has provided quality care for patients requiring anything from skilled nursing to companion care, ADL assistance, memory care and more. We use Sensi AI companion in client homes to provide an extra layer of safety - it works even when our caregivers aren’t there. It can prevent hospital stays by detecting care concerns early and sends us a message when there is an emergency.
