Ben Lamb

Ben Lamb is a Senior Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain with extensive experience in strategy, manufacturing leadership, and team development. With over fourteen years as a director in publicly traded manufacturing companies, Ben has successfully transformed operations and supply chain networks, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Previously, Ben held roles that included Director of Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy at The Toro Company and Director of Americas Supply Chain Transformation at Cummins, where they integrated operations across multiple plants in North and South America. Currently, Ben is pursuing a B.S. in Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology at the University of Minnesota.
