Benjamin Paar

Benjamin Paar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and management at Graco since October 2005, currently serving as Senior Product Engineering Manager. In this role, Benjamin leads the development of innovative products crucial to company growth, such as the Quantm electric double diaphragm pump and solutions for various markets including hydrocarbon extraction and FDA-compliant applications. Previously, as Director of Engineering, Benjamin directed global teams and implemented strategies for long-term growth within the Lubrication Equipment Division. Benjamin's career began with hands-on roles in mechanical engineering, including a position at Multifeeder Technology and an internship at Emerson Motor Company. Benjamin holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, as well as an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
