Brian Callahan

Brian Callahan possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Graco since November 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing four factories and a substantial workforce within Graco's Industrial division. Previously, Brian held the position of President at White Knight Fluid Handling, a Graco company, and has also demonstrated multi-site operational leadership through various roles, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager, where achievements involved improving operational efficiencies, employee engagement, and cost reductions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Systium Technologies, BERMO Inc., and Donaldson Company, contributing to logistics, production scheduling, and procurement. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from St. Cloud State University.
