Derek Balts

Derek Balts has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, having held various leadership positions at Graco since August 2017, including Manufacturing Cell Manager, Factory Controller, and Distribution Controller. Prior roles include Controller and Senior Accountant at RBA, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2017, Business Unit Controller at RedEye, by Stratasys from October 2013 to February 2015, and Lead Cost Analyst at GE Water & Process Technologies from April 2012 to September 2013. Derek began a career in finance as a Senior Staff Accountant at GE Capital from March 2009 to April 2012, and prior to that, served as a Financial Systems Analyst and Staff Accountant at G&K Services from June 2007 to January 2009. Derek Balts holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Superior.
