Jim Kleinke

Jim Kleinke is a seasoned attorney and engineer with extensive experience in product, sourcing, and trade regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Graco since April 2020, Jim previously held significant roles including Engineering Manager and Senior Staff Engineer at Intertek Testing Services from February 2012 to April 2020, and Engineering Manager at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. from August 2011 to January 2012. With a diverse educational background, Jim earned a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, and an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical and Electromechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Additionally, Jim contributed to the Minnesota Northstar Archery Club as a Board member from October 2014 to May 2016, supporting the promotion and development of Olympic and Junior Olympic Archery.
