Pat Smith

Pat Smith is an experienced real estate professional and recruiting specialist currently serving as a REALTOR® at Morgan and Trust Realty, LLC since October 2022 and as a Recruiting Specialist at Graco since February 2025. In addition to these roles, Pat co-owns Bunkbed Properties, LLC, and has been a member of the Board of Directors and athlete with USA Wrestling. Pat also coaches at PINnacle Wrestling School and has held various marketing and communications positions at Graco. Previous experience includes an HR internship at Minnesota Training Center and a leadership role at J. Robinson Intensive Camps, focusing on recruitment and training. Pat holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, as well as participating in a study abroad program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
