Paul Lemens

Paul Lemens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Graco since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the President and Co-Founder of The 3rd Element from November 2017 to March 2020. Paul also served as the Principal/Owner of enSight Consulting from 2006 to January 2018. Additionally, they have held roles such as Business Development and New Product Development Manager at Encap LLC from January 2011 to July 2012, VP - Innovation and Product Development at Esselte Corporation from May 2003 to May 2006, and Engineering Manager, Brand Manager, and IP Manager at Xyron Inc. from November 1996 to May 2003. Lastly, they served as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Senior Applications Engineer at Durel Corporation from 1991 to 1996.

Paul Lemens received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990. Paul later pursued an MBA in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 1995 to 1997. Paul also holds a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed in 1990.
