Paul Treml

Paul Treml has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Paul started their career as a Marketing Communications Intern at P&H Mining Equipment in 2003. Paul then joined Harley-Davidson as a Material Co-Op in 2004. In 2005, Paul joined Graco as a Production Planner and later worked as a Manufacturing Cell Manager. Paul then progressed to roles such as Worldwide Product Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and PMG Sales Manager. Most recently, they held the position of North America Director of Sales and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales, North America - Lubrication Equipment Division at Graco.

Paul Treml attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management and Marketing.
