Sarah Bergstrom has over 17 years of experience in quality management and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Global Quality Management Systems Manager and Supplier Development Manager at Graco since April 2012, Sarah oversees Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement Project Manager teams to ensure high-quality standards and strategic sourcing. Prior roles at Graco include Manufacturing Cell Manager and Quality Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing production processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, conducting supplier audits, and implementing quality improvements. Earlier career experience includes a lead role in the Oracle Implementation team at Emerson Process Management, focusing on engineering task development and data migration for manufacturing needs, alongside contributions as a Process Engineer. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
