Shannon Quirk

Shannon Quirk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and process optimization, currently serving as Director of Corporate Strategy at Graco since January 2015. Quirk has a proven track record in managing domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, negotiating real estate transactions, and overseeing export and trade compliance programs. With prior roles at Graco including Associate General Counsel and Senior Attorney, as well as experience as an Assistant Adjunct Professor in Mergers & Acquisitions at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Quirk combines practical legal expertise with academic instruction. Quirk holds a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College.
