Theo Walther

Theo Walther is a sourcing specialist with extensive experience in the procurement of castings, forgings, powder metals, and carbide at Graco since January 2022. Prior to this role, Theo served as a foreman at Highway 55 Rental & Sales, Inc., from May 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing event setups, ensuring team safety, and maintaining customer communication. Additionally, a sourcing internship at nVent HOFFMAN in 2021 involved negotiating price adjustments during the Covid-19 pandemic, improving lead times for thousands of parts, and sourcing new suppliers to enhance quality and reduce costs. Educationally, Theo holds a degree in Agriculture Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in Supply Chain and Operations.
