David Pode is currently holding the position of Head of M&A & Corporate Development at Grade AB, where David is a key member of the management team. Prior to this, David gained extensive experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, ECM, and Debt Advisory through various roles at EY and Carlsquare. David also showcased their expertise in business development and advisory at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce - San Diego. With a strong educational background in Accounting, Audit, and Business Administration, David has continuously pursued opportunities to further their knowledge and skills in the field.
