Grade
Karl August Gratte is currently the Chief Product Officer at Grade AB and the Founder and Product Owner at Refensa. With experience in various roles at Bravura Sverige, including Chief Information Officer, Business Developer, Project Manager, and Consultant Manager, Karl has a strong background in the business and technology sectors. Karl studied Personal och Arbetsvetenskap at Mid Sweden University and obtained a Kandidat degree from Linköping University. Beginning their educational journey at Viktor Rydberg Jarlaplan, Karl has a solid foundation for their diverse career path.

The product suite consists of user-friendly tools that can seamlessly be integrated with each other. Grade supports municipalities, regions, authorities, universities, and large enterprises throughout the entire employee journey – offering recruitment tools, digital onboarding, a learning management system, employee surveys, performance reviews, and more. The Grade group was founded in 2021 when Varbi, Grade, and Workbuster merged. Since then, Grade has continued to grow and expand its offerings and product range with Refensa, Realcruit, and Jobbnorge.
