Refrigeration failures are expensive. In both commercial and industrial environments, product loss, unplanned downtime and rising maintenance costs directly impact margins and operational continuity.
-
Gradhoc Smart mitigates these risks with AI-powered digital solutions purpose-built for monitoring, controlling, and optimising industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
-
Born in 2016 as an R&D&I initiative within an industrial group with 40+ years of refrigeration expertise, Gradhoc evolved into an independent technology company in 2023 after extensive field validation. Today, our team of engineers, automation specialists, and data scientists combines deep refrigeration know-how with advanced analytics to turn operational data into measurable performance gains.
-
Our platform enables retailers, food industry operators, and service providers to anticipate failures, optimise assets, reduce energy consumption, and lower maintenance effort — while protecting food safety and operational continuity. Clients have achieved up to 25% energy savings and up to 30% reductions in maintenance costs.
-
We operate internationally, partnering with refrigeration installers, integrators, and technology providers to deliver scalable, high-impact refrigeration management solutions. In 2024, Gradhoc Smart was a finalist in Spain’s A3E Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Awards.
