Abijit Aji

Abijit Aji currently serves as the Vice President of Capital Partnerships & Structured Finance at Gradiant, overseeing the company's capital market strategy and partnerships with equity and debt providers since June 2022. Abijit also holds the position of Head of Project Finance at CZAR-Power and has acted as an advisor for Ascender Capital Partners. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Advisor for Sandymount Technologies, Director of Finance and New Markets at Gradiant Corporation, and various positions at 8 Rivers Capital and GreenMax Capital Advisors. Abijit’s foundational experience includes senior management roles at Reliance Power and a research associate position at The Energy and Resources Institute. Abijit holds a Master's degree in Energy Finance and Policy Management from Columbia University, an MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering.
