Agnes Tan

Agnes Tan has extensive experience in finance and senior leadership roles. Agnes is currently Vice President of Finance, APAC at Gradiant. Prior to that, they worked as Senior Vice President, Finance at Hyflux Ltd, where they were a core member of the senior management team and provided financial guidance to the CEO and Board. Agnes also served as a Director at RSM Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd, where they implemented change management processes for ERP implementation. Agnes was Senior Vice President, Finance at Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited, successfully completing a listing exercise and implementing a financial reporting framework. Earlier in their career, Agnes was Chief Financial Officer at First Engineering Limited, providing strategic support to the CEO and completing a significant debt equity swap. Agnes also held the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer at Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited, overseeing strategy formulation and completing M&A activities. Agnes began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Manager in the Corporate Finance division.

Agnes Tan completed their Diploma in Accountancy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1987 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance at ACCA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants) from 1990 to 1994. Agnes has also obtained a certification from ACCA through the ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
