Kaarthic M. started their work experience in 2006 at Schlumberger, where they held various roles until 2014. In August 2014, they joined Gradiant Corporation as the EVP of Corporate Development and Growth, and their tenure at that position is ongoing.

Kaarthic M. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering between 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing it between 2005 and 2007.
