Ingrid Pan

Ingrid Pan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ingrid started their career in 2015 as a Constituent Services intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2017, they worked as a Felony Team Legal intern at the Santa Clara County Alternate Public Defender Office. In 2018, they interned at both the Benenson Strategy Group as a Market Research intern and at K&L Gates as a Corporate & IP Litigation intern.

In 2019, Ingrid worked as a Summer Associate at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where they gained valuable experience in the field of consulting. Ingrid continued their journey with OC&C and became an Associate Consultant in 2020, where they managed a variety of projects in corporate strategy and M&A. In this role, they typically managed 1-3 direct reports and worked on qualitative and quantitative workstreams.

In 2022, Ingrid's role at OC&C was elevated to Consultant, where they focused on projects related to growth strategy, pricing strategy, internationalization, and market assessment in addition to M&A assessments. Ingrid continued to manage direct reports and oversee both qualitative and quantitative workstreams.

In 2023, Ingrid joined Preemo as their Chief of Staff, where they currently hold the position.

Ingrid Pan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Anthropology from Columbia University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they also briefly attended the University of Cambridge, focusing on Human, Social, and Political Sciences, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.
