Ronak Bansal

Ronak Bansal is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Gradient since November 2024, Ronak previously held positions including Founding Software Engineer at Repool (YC S21) and Software Engineer roles at Finary (YC W21) and Tempus Labs, Inc. Remarkably, Ronak led the design and development of an automated pipeline for ML model deployment and contributed to the creation of the Tempus Medical Ontology, enhancing cancer diagnosis processes. Earlier career accomplishments include designing a configuration management interface for WeWork's new RBAC permission engine and facilitating the migration of existing authorization systems.
