Charlotte Cavé

Charlotte Cavé's work experience began in 2001 at L'Oreal, where they worked as a research engineer until 2003. Charlotte then joined Mauna Kea Technologies as a clinical applications specialist and project manager from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they worked as a project management consultant at Laboratoires Servier. Charlotte Cavé started working at Medtronic in 2009 as a product manager for diabetes until 2011, and then as a senior product manager for the structural heart division until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were the marketing manager for the structural heart division, managing product and marketing activities across three departments. Charlotte also organized marketing activities with key opinion leaders in the industry. In 2015, they became a project manager for integrated health solutions at Medtronic. In 2016, they joined Boston Scientific as the group marketing manager for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) in Europe. In 2018, they founded and became the president of Accelerating Medical Devices. Most recently, in 2020, Charlotte Cavé started working as the COO at Gradient Denervation Technologies.
