David Amaoua

Chief Technology Officer at Gradient Denervation Technologies

David Amaoua has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technology roles.

In 2004, they began their career as an Embedded software engineer at INEO SYSTRANS, where they worked on vehicle management systems. David quickly advanced to the role of Project Leader for Embedded Software, overseeing development planning, team leadership, reporting, workload estimations, specification authorship, and software release ownership. David worked at INEO SYSTRANS until December 2008.

From January to December 2008, David worked at Diagnostica Stago - France / Paris as a Chef de projet/Pilote de plateau logiciel. David was responsible for the deployment of a fixed-price project, managing a team of 10 engineers for product specification, software development, and software verification of a blood analyzer robot used in biological laboratories.

Starting in 2009, David joined SORIN as an R&D Project Leader, leading software and hardware development activities. David played a significant role in product development, including need collection, back office software implementation in the Remote Monitoring System, innovation programs, obsolescence management, and cost reduction programs. David was later promoted to the position of Technical Expert and worked at SORIN until December 2015.

In 2016, David began working at Theraclion, initially as a Software Development Manager and later as a System & Software Manager. In February 2019, they became the Vice President of Engineering. Theraclion specializes in ultrasound therapy delivery, specifically treating breast fibroadenomas and thyroid nodules.

In 2016, David also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Electronic Alliance, a French start-up focused on designing and manufacturing e-health products and services to improve medication compliance for patients.

Most recently, in November 2020, David joined Gradient Denervation Technologies as the Chief Technology Officer.

David Amaoua completed their engineering degree in Computer Sciences and Electronics at Polytech Paris-UPMC from 1999 to 2004.
