Hemal Shah

Hemal Shah is a seasoned DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies, primarily with AWS and Azure. Currently working at Gradient Edge since January 2021, Hemal specializes in various tools including Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Commercetools. Hemal previously contributed as a DevOps Engineer at Pearson, where responsibilities included overseeing a greenfield project and optimizing the eCommerce platform. With a background in supporting multiple projects for Canon at Spindrift, Hemal significantly improved development processes and established application support teams. Earlier career experiences include roles at Accenture, where Hemal led technical architecture efforts for large-scale eCommerce platforms. Hemal holds a BSc in Information Management from UCL.
