Karina Smith

Karina Grossman Smith is a seasoned professional in experiential production and spatial experience design, currently serving as a Senior Producer at Gradient Experience and a Spatial Experience Design Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology. With extensive experience across various roles, including Senior Experiential Producer at MATTE Projects and Senior Producer at MKG, Karina has successfully managed large-scale projects for notable clients such as Disney, Google, and Netflix. Karina has developed mentorship programs to connect students with industry professionals and has coordinated internships that resulted in employment for graduates. Educationally, Karina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design and an Associate’s Degree in Communication Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
