Mike Gabaly serves as a Senior Producer at GRADIENT since November 2022, overseeing experiential production for various Spirits brand tours and events across multiple markets, including a $2M budget for Basil Hayden. Notably recognized with a Bronze Medal in the '2023 Eventmarketer Experience Design and Technology Awards' for best F&B design, Mike is also involved in strategy development for several spirits brands. Previously, Mike held roles as Regional Marketing Manager and Market Manager at Ranch Rider Spirits Co., achieving significant sales and event activation milestones. Additional experience includes producing large-scale national activations at Mirrorball and Momentum Worldwide, as well as freelance writing for industry publications. Mike holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland and has pursued further education at Upright Citizens Brigade and the School of Visual Arts.
