Elyse Espadas

Elyse Espadas is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project coordination. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Gradient Group, LLC since July 2022, Elyse previously held multiple roles at Harris County Engineering Department from October 2015 to July 2022, including Project Coordinator for Precinct 3, Redistricting Coordinator, Project Coordinator for Precinct 4, and Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Engineer at the City of Houston from February 2009 to October 2015 and working as a Math Consultant at Cram Crew Inc. from October 2008 to March 2010. Elyse began their career as a Research Assistant and Lab Technician at National Oilwell Varco in 2004. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, obtained in 2008.
