Gradient IT is an innovative SAP agency.
At the core of our work is consulting, complemented by SAP recruitment and technology-driven talent sourcing through our own platform.
We can join SAP projects at any stage and provide support across key areas:

🔹SAP Consulting
We engage experienced consultants who thoroughly understand SAP architecture and can seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.
Within our consulting services, we:
- support implementation, migration, maintenance, and optimisation of SAP solutions;
- handle system configuration, integration, and custom development tailored to business needs;
- analyse current processes and propose practical improvements;
- strengthen in-house teams with hands-on project expertise.

🔹SAP Recruitment
We help you find and onboard the right specialists for any engagement model - project-based, contract, or permanent roles.
As part of our recruitment process, we:
- build shortlists of candidates with proven project experience;
- assess both functional expertise and soft skills;
- conduct video interviews and provide expert feedback;
- adapt the hiring process to your business needs — from targeted hires to large-scale team expansion.

🔹 To make hiring even faster and more transparent, we developed WinWinSpace — a digital platform for sourcing SAP professionals.
Powered by AI, it precisely matches experts to project requirements, offers video interviews with analytical insights for objective candidate evaluation, and provides direct access to a pool of pre-vetted SAP consultants.

Gradient IT is not just an external vendor — we are a trusted partner who understands the realities of SAP projects from the inside.
