Bailey Czupryk is an experienced educator and leader dedicated to achieving whole student outcomes. They founded the Nashville Teaching Fellows certification program while serving as Site Manager at TNTP and later provided leadership as Vice President and Senior Vice President, focusing on external research and continuous improvement within the organization. Bailey has also held significant roles at Teach for America, including Program Director, and has taught eighth-grade science at Sherwood Githens Middle School. They are currently the Chief Program Officer at Gradient Learning, continuing their commitment to impactful education. Bailey earned a BA in Political Science, Criminology, and Sociology from the University of Oklahoma.
