Blair Rush is currently the Chief Partnership & Impact Officer at Gradient Learning, a role held since 2024. Previously, Blair served as the Director of Implementation Readiness at New Classrooms from 2011 to 2016 and worked as a Project Director at TNTP from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Blair was a teacher with the NYC Department of Education from 2006 to 2010 and consulted for School of One in 2010-2011.
