Laura began as a 2010 Corps Member with Teach For America and later served as a Mathematics Instructor at YES Prep Public Schools, where they received the 2014 Kinder Excellence in Teaching Award for outstanding classroom achievements. As a Middle School Mathematics Content Specialist, Laura developed curricula and facilitated professional development for mathematics instructors.
