John Reale

John (JR) Reale is an experienced entrepreneurship ecosystem builder with a background in finance and strategy. They began their career at Morgan Stanley and Avalon Advisors, later transitioning to roles in corporate development at Green Star Energy and BRS Labs. Currently, JR serves as Managing Director at Ion Houston, where they focus on venture acceleration and ecosystem development, while also holding various investor and advisory positions in multiple startups. JR's educational background includes a BS in Finance and Investments from Babson College, and they continue to engage with emerging entrepreneurs through teaching and mentorship at Rice University and other institutions.
