Daysi D.

Daysi D. is a toxicologist with interdisciplinary research experience in areas such as sensing, drug delivery, nanotoxicology, chemical characterization, and medical devices. They served as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico, where they managed multiple research projects, contributing to seven scientific publications. Daysi previously held positions at the FDA as a Guest Researcher and ORISE Fellow, focusing on biocompatibility assessments related to medical devices. Currently, Daysi is a Senior Toxicologist at Gradient. They earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
