Ian Hadley

Ian Hadley is an experienced chemist with a solid background in analytical development and regulatory compliance. Currently an Associate Chemist at Gradient since September 2019, Ian provides extensive chemistry support to various teams, manages medical device extractables testing projects, and ensures client deliverables are met. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Analytical Development at Modern Testing Services, where Ian oversaw a high-volume laboratory and consulted on regulatory compliance. Earlier roles include Analytical Chemist at Arsenal Medical, performing elution and extraction experiments, and Bioanalyst at Novartis, preparing samples for metabolism studies. Ian holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northeastern University.
