Lindsay Gatcomb, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Client Executive at Gradient AI, having previously held positions at Quantum Health and Included Health, where significant expertise in client management and success was demonstrated. Notable accomplishments include mentoring care coordinator teams, enhancing member experiences, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lindsay's background in patient relations, coupled with extensive healthcare experience from the USAF, provides a strong foundation in communication, project management, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University and Bachelor’s and Associate’s degrees in Strategic Communication and Radiologic Technology from The Ohio State University and the Community College of the Air Force, respectively.
