Michael Grater

Michael Grater is a Quality Assurance and Testing Leader with over 15 years of experience in software quality. They have held various positions in leading organizations, including Time Inc., New York Times Digital, and R/GA, where they managed QA processes and teams, developed test plans, and integrated QA practices within agile environments. Currently, Michael is the Manager of QA at Gradient AI and previously established QA strategies at True Office Learning, significantly improving automation coverage and team performance. They earned a Master's degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon.
